Hiroshima Through Film Collection
Saka Nagisa Park is a quiet seaside park in Saka Town, located along Hiroshima Bay.
From this area, visitors can see both Kaita Bridge and Hiroshima Bridge, making it an interesting place for photographing Hiroshima’s bay-side cityscape.
This is not a famous tourist destination, and it is unlikely to appear in major travel guides. Access is much easier by car, and it is not the kind of place most international visitors would visit by chance.
However, the night view can be very beautiful. The lights of the bridges, the coastline, and the nearby road structures create a different atmosphere from Hiroshima’s more famous historic sites.
The nearby Niho Junction area, where the bridge routes connect, is also visually interesting at night, especially for photographers who enjoy urban lights, bridges, and road structures.
A short walk from the park may offer additional views of the harbor and bridges, but visitors should be careful at night and avoid entering restricted or working areas.
