Hiroshima Through Film is a personal photography archive created to share the beauty, history, and quiet moments of Hiroshima through photography.
My goal is not only to introduce famous places such as Hiroshima Castle and well-known landmarks, but also to preserve small local scenes that are often missed by ordinary travel guides.
Some locations may be quiet riversides, mountain paths, small temples, seasonal flowers, or everyday landscapes known only by local people.
All photographs on this site are personally taken by me. Each image includes camera and lens information because photography itself is also an important part of this archive.
I mainly photograph with SIGMA fp and Panasonic LUMIX S5IIX, using both modern lenses and vintage lenses to capture different expressions of Hiroshima.
This website is not a commercial travel guide.
It is a visual journey through Hiroshima — seen through a photographer’s eyes.
I hope these photographs help visitors discover a deeper and more personal side of Hiroshima.
