Kanpaku Jingisukan Restaurant / ジンギスカン焼 関白

Kanpaku Jingisukan Restaurant is a local restaurant in Kure City, Hiroshima, and one of my strongest recommendations for enjoying jingisukan-style grilled meat.

I visited this restaurant for the first time and tried grilled pork feet, pork ears, and tail hot pot.

The pork feet were especially memorable. Although pork feet may sound unusual to some visitors, they were very soft, tender, and easy to eat. They are served with a dipping sauce, and the combination was extremely delicious.

The pork ears had a pleasant texture, and the tail hot pot was rich, comforting, and full of flavor.

Because the restaurant can fill up quickly, it is best to visit right when it opens.

This is not a typical sightseeing spot, but it is exactly the kind of local food experience that makes Kure interesting. For travelers who want to go beyond standard tourist meals, Kanpaku is highly recommended.

関白 ジンギスカンは、呉市にある地元で親しまれている焼肉・ジンギスカンのお店です。観光客向けというよりも、地元の人たちが普段から利用するような雰囲気で、本場のローカルグルメを味わいたい方におすすめです。

今回初めて訪れ、豚足、豚耳、そしてテール鍋をいただきました。

特に印象に残ったのは豚足です。豚足と聞くと食べ慣れていない方は少し身構えてしまうかもしれませんが、こちらの豚足は驚くほど柔らかく、とても食べやすい仕上がりでした。添えられた特製のつけダレとの相性も抜群で、ぜひ一度味わってほしい一品です。

豚耳はコリコリとした心地よい食感が楽しめ、テール鍋は牛の旨みがたっぷり溶け込んだ、コクのある優しい味わいでした。どの料理も丁寧に作られており、お酒と一緒にゆっくり楽しみたくなる内容です。

人気店のため、時間帯によってはすぐに満席になることがあります。確実に利用したい場合は、開店時間に合わせて訪れることをおすすめします。

観光名所ではありませんが、こうした地元の人に愛されるお店こそ、呉ならではの魅力を感じられる場所です。定番の観光グルメだけでは物足りない方や、ローカルな食文化を体験してみたい方には、ぜひ訪れていただきたい一軒です。
